All mortgage loans by Parkstone Mortgage loan originators are expected to meet our rigid 30/10/7/3 standards policy.  The following outlines the minimum requirements for the origination and processing of loans. Remember, we are working hard to always meet your anticipated closing date!

Date – Task

30 days from loan application – All loans credit approved

10 business days before closing – Submit final conditions to Underwriting

7 business days before closing – All loans receive final approval and are sent to closing

3 business days before closing – All documents are sent to the title company or closing agent
